Pillar Restoration LLC ("Pillar", "we", "us") runs pillarresto.com and rebuilds homes after water, fire and mold damage in Metro Detroit, Michigan. This policy covers people who visit the site, call or text us, ask for an estimate, or hire us.

What we collect
- Name, phone number and email address.
- The property address and access notes you give us.
- What happened to the property, and photos or documents you send.
- Estimates, schedules, signed authorizations and invoices.
- Dated photos and notes we take while we do the work.
- Basic site data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and the general area your connection suggests.

Why we use it
To answer you, give you an estimate, schedule and do the work, keep a dated record of the job, send invoices and get paid, and see which pages bring in calls.

Text messaging
Our text program is described in our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, such as our phone and text provider, payment processor, and hosting provider, and only for that purpose. We also share information when the law requires it, or when you ask us to send it to someone.

We never sell your personal information. We never share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

How long we keep it
We keep job records as long as tax, contract and licensing rules require, then delete or anonymise them.
